Information Niora Games stores
Niora Games may save game progress, play counts, theme choices, motion preferences, and similar settings in local browser storage. This information remains on the device and browser where it was created unless a future feature clearly says otherwise.
Niora Games does not currently require account registration and does not ask for a player’s name, address, payment details, or date of birth to start a game.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to support the service. Google and other third-party advertising partners may place and read cookies on your browser, use web beacons, collect IP addresses, and use device identifiers or similar technologies as a result of serving ads on this site. These technologies help deliver, limit, secure, measure and, where permitted, personalise advertising.

Consent and privacy choices
Where required, visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent message provided through a Google-certified consent management platform before personalised advertising technologies are used. The message provides options to consent, reject, or manage purposes and vendors. When consent is not given, Google may serve non-personalised or limited ads where allowed.
You can revisit or withdraw a previous choice at any time with the “Privacy and cookie settings” control in the site footer. Visitors covered by applicable United States state privacy laws may also use the displayed privacy choices to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for personalised advertising. Clearing cookies can cause the consent message to appear again.
Blocking or clearing browser storage may also reset local game progress and preferences.
Technical information
Like most websites, hosting and security providers may process routine request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and error data. This is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical request data is processed as necessary to deliver and secure the service and for the legitimate interests of preventing abuse and diagnosing faults. Local game progress is stored at the player’s request so a game or preference can continue on the same device. Advertising identifiers and personalisation are used on the basis of consent where consent is legally required; non-personalised or limited advertising may rely on other permitted bases.
Service providers, transfers, and retention
Hosting, security, consent-management, and advertising providers process data only for the purposes described above and under their own published terms. These providers may process information in countries outside the visitor’s country. Where required, they use recognised transfer safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Local game data remains in the browser until the player clears it or the browser removes it. Server request and security logs are retained only for the period reasonably needed for delivery, security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting. Advertising and consent records follow the retention periods disclosed by Google and the selected advertising vendors.
Your privacy rights
Depending on location, a visitor may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; request data portability; or opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. Requests may be sent to the privacy contact above. We may need enough information to verify and answer a request, and applicable law may allow or require limited exceptions.
You may also complain to the data-protection or privacy regulator where you live. Using the footer’s privacy control does not prevent you from making a separate rights request.
Children
Niora Games is a general-audience game service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and no account is needed to play. A child should not submit personal information through the site. If a child-directed area is introduced in the future, it will be identified and advertising will be configured with the appropriate child-directed treatment.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated when the data practices of the service materially change. The current version was reviewed on 21 August 2026.
